Andhra Cements Announces Trading Window Closure
Andhra Cements Ltd. has announced a trading window closure for its shares, effective April 1, 2026. The closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ending March 31, 2026, are approved by the company’s board. The date of the board meeting for result approval will be announced later.In accordance with the company’s insider trading policy and SEBI regulations, directors, key management personnel, connected persons, designated individuals, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from engaging in any share transactions during this period.
