Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd. announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for Thursday, April 9, 2026. The primary agenda for the meeting includes reviewing and approving the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and the full financial year ending March 31, 2026.The board will also consider and recommend a final dividend on the company’s equity shares for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming 31st Annual General Meeting. Other matters may be addressed with the chair’s permission.
In compliance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for company securities will be closed from April 1, 2026, and will remain so for 48 hours following the public disclosure of the financial results.
