Amwill Health Care Limited provided an update regarding an Information Technology (IT) security incident, which was initially intimated on February 18, 2026. The company detailed the steps taken to contain and remediate the impact of the security incident to ensure the integrity of its systems, infrastructure, and data.As part of the containment measures following the security breach, the company proactively isolated its network. Key data remediation efforts included the re-entry of data related to affected accounts, alongside the re-entry of Structured Digital Database (SDD) data that was lost during the incident.
To confirm the accuracy and completeness of the records, the company obtained a PCS certificate from Mr. Saurabh Talwar, PCS Delhi. This certificate confirms that all entries related to SDD, based on the information available to the company, have been completed.
Structured Digital Database Updates
Separate confirmation was provided concerning the updating of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) entries in the Structured Digital Database (SDD) software. It was noted that due to the cybersecurity incident experienced by the company on February 18, 2026, the data maintained in the SDD software was lost spanning the period from July 31, 2025, till February 18, 2026.Following the incident, the company reconstructed and updated the UPSI entries in the SDD software using the records, information, and documents available to the company. A certificate was issued confirming that the UPSI entries have been duly updated and recorded in the company's system, and as per the information currently available with the company, all UPSI entries have been completed and updated in the system up to date.
The process of maintaining and updating records for UPSI entries remains the responsibility of the management of the company.
