The closure affects Directors, Promoters, Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs), other Designated Persons, employees, and their immediate relatives.The trading window will remain closed starting Wednesday, April 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026, are declared to the stock exchange and made public.
The date for the Board of Directors meeting to approve the audited financial results will be communicated in due course.
