Ampvolts Limited, formerly known as Quest Softech (India) Limited, has closed its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is effective from April 1, 2026, and will remain in place until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.This action aligns with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and related guidelines from the stock exchanges, as well as the company’s internal code of conduct.
