The decision, based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, was approved at a board meeting held on March 30, 2026.Mr. Mehta’s re-appointment is for a period of five years, effective April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031, and is subject to shareholder approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Mr. Mehta possesses over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing and trading of transformer lamination products and materials. He is credited with guiding the company's growth and performance, and developing strategic initiatives.
