
Amadeus and TCS Announce Global Strategic Partnership to Accelerate Modern Airline Retailing
MUMBAI, March 19, 2026 – Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) and Amadeus, a leading travel technology company, have announced a global strategic partnership designed to accelerate innovation and digital transformation across the global travel ecosystem. The collaboration will combine TCS’ expertise in travel, AI, cloud, data analytics, and platform engineering with Amadeus’ travel technology capabilities to modernize airline retailing and servicing.TCS will develop the Service Center User Interface for Amadeus Nevio, a next-generation foundation for modernizing airline retailing and servicing. This interface will be a cloud-native Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and integrated within Amadeus Nevio, aiming to simplify airline servicing while enabling next-generation retailing capabilities.
Cyril Tetaz, EVP Airline Solutions at Amadeus, stated that the partnership will accelerate the deployment of transformative travel technology for customers globally. Arun Pradeep Surendra Mohan, Business Head, Travel, Transportation & Hospitality, EMEA & APAC at TCS, added that the collaboration represents a step in reshaping the future of travel technology, enabling airlines to accelerate retail transformation, enhance operational agility, and deliver personalized experiences.
The Amadeus Nevio Service Center is designed to improve first contact resolution, reduce average handling time, lower cost-to-serve, and unlock new revenue opportunities through intelligent upselling and personalization. The partnership is expected to expand into additional Amadeus solution areas, such as airport operations, and support the rollout of Nevio implementations.
TCS generated consolidated revenues of over US $30 billion in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025.
