Alps Industries Limited Announces New Registered Office for Maintaining Books of Accounts
Noida, India – March 21, 2026 – Alps Industries Limited announced today that its Board of Directors has approved the maintenance of the company’s books of accounts and statutory records at a new registered office.Effective immediately, the new registered office is located at A-115, Sector-136, Maharishi Nagar, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, 201304.
The decision, approved by the Board on March 20, 2026, fulfills requirements under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Ajay Gupta, Company Secretary & Asstt. Vice President - Legal, confirmed the change.
