Almondz Global Securities Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for company shares, effective April 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations concerning the prohibition of insider trading and the company's internal code of conduct.The trading window will remain closed for all insiders, including designated individuals and their immediate relatives, until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, are declared.
The date for the board meeting to consider and announce the audited financial results will be communicated at a later time.
