Alldigi Tech Appoints Natarajan Laxsmanan as Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel​

Alldigi Tech Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Natarajan Laxsmanan as Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective March 18, 2026. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Laxsmanan previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Digitide Solutions, the holding company, where he led Global Business Process Management operations. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Accenture and Alight Solutions, managing full P&L responsibilities and leading teams across multiple markets including India, the Philippines, China, Australia, Malaysia, and Singapore.

He brings over 25 years of experience and was recognized as one of Forbes Top 100 People Managers in 2021. Mr. Laxsmanan holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
