Aksh Optifibre Receives Rectification Order Regarding Tax Demand​

March 25, 2026 – Aksh Optifibre Ltd. announced today that the Deputy Commissioner, Rajasthan State Tax, Jaipur, issued a Rectification Order on March 25, 2026, addressing an Original Demand dated December 29, 2025.

The rectification reduces the original tax demand from ₹5,73,47,563 (Rupees Five Crores Seventy-Three Lakhs Forty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Three Only), including applicable interest and penalty, to ₹94,22,212 (Rupees Ninety-Four Lakhs Twenty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Twelve Only), with applicable interest and penalty.
