
Ahluwalia Contracts Announces Trading Window Closure
Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited, an engineering, designing, and construction company, announced a trading window closure for its directors, officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives, along with individuals having contractual and fiduciary relationships, including auditors, law firms, analysts, and consultants.The trading window will be closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the release of the company’s audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. This measure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
The date for the board meeting to approve the audited financial results will be communicated later. This closure does not affect general investors, who will continue to be able to trade the company’s securities.
