Kolkata – Adventz Securities Enterprises Limited has acquired 75,380 equity shares of Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Limited on March 24, 2026, increasing its total holding in the company to 40,84,520 shares, representing 3.21% of the total paid-up share capital.According to a filing, Adventz Securities Enterprises Limited now holds 4,084,520 shares. Prior to the acquisition, the company held 4,009,140 shares, equivalent to 3.15% of the company’s share capital. The acquisition was made through open market transactions.
Texmaco Infrastructure & Holdings Limited has an equity share capital of 12,74,26,590 shares of Re 1 each, fully paid up.
Adventz Securities Enterprises Limited has identified several entities as Persons Acting in Concert (PAC), including AASHTIAGARWALA, ABHISHEK HOLDINGS PRIVATE LIMITED, and ZUARI INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, as detailed in Annexure A.
The acquirer is part of a promoter group.
