Aditya Ultra Steel Limited reported that Mr. Sunny Sunil Singhi, a promoter of the company, has acquired 682,024 equity shares, representing 2.75% of the paid-up share capital, from Ms. Varuna Jain, another promoter of the company. The transaction, executed through an off-market inter-se transfer, occurred on March 24, 2026.Following the acquisition, Mr. Singhi’s holding, along with persons acting in concert, comprises 6,148,800 shares, constituting 24.76% of the total share and voting capital and 27.51% of the total diluted share and voting capital of the company. The total paid-up share capital of Aditya Ultra Steel Limited is valued at ₹24,83,55,680, equivalent to 2,48,35,568 equity shares of ₹10 each.
