Aditya Birla Capital Limited Allots NCDs on Private Placement Basis
Aditya Birla Capital Limited announced the allotment of 50,500 Secured, Redeemable, Rated, Listed, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis, on March 30, 2026. The debentures aggregate to a total of Rs. 5,05,00,00,000.The NCDs have a face value of Rs. 1,00,000 per debenture and carry a coupon rate of 7.7173% p.a. The debentures will mature on May 13, 2031. The company has a green shoe option for an additional Rs. 1000 Crore.
