Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Receives Tribunal Approval for Amalgamation Scheme
Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited announced April 1, 2026, that the Scheme of Amalgamation involving Adani Harbour Services Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, has been sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench.The amalgamation, conducted under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013, follows a previous notification dated November 4, 2025. The scheme combines Adani Harbour Services Limited with Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited.
The approval was made by an order passed on April 1, 2026.
