Q4 FY26 Operational Highlights​

The company's transmission business reported a system availability that remained robust at 99.77%. In the distribution segment, the Mumbai utility, AEML, saw its distribution loss improve to 4.20% in Q4 FY26, down from 4.31% in Q4 FY25. Furthermore, total units sold in the Mumbai circle increased by 4%, reaching 2,508 Million Units (MUs) in Q4 FY26 compared to 2,413 MUs in Q4 FY25.

For the Mundra utility (MUL), units sold demonstrated a significant year-on-year growth of 46%, totaling 368 million units (MUs) versus 253 million units (MUs) the previous year, fueled by strong industrial demand.

AESL secured a BBB+ (Stable) long-term foreign currency rating from Japan Credit Rating Agency, aligning with India's sovereign rating, reflecting its credit profile.
