New Delhi, March 20: Realty firm Onward Workspaces has leased 1.65 lakh square feet of office space to Accenture in Noida, reflecting the growing demand for managed workspaces across key business hubs.In a statement released on Friday, Onward Workspaces confirmed that the office space is located at its ‘Ace Capitol’ centre in Sector 132, Noida. The workspace has been designed to accommodate 1,460 desks.
Fully Customised Workspace Delivered from March 2026
The company stated that the workspace was officially handed over to Accenture effective March 1, 2026. The facility has been developed as a fully customised, design-led office environment tailored to meet the requirements of the global professional services firm.Accenture operates across technology, consulting, and digital solutions, and continues to expand its workspace footprint in India.

According to real estate consultant Colliers, annual leasing by co-working operators is projected to reach between 15 million and 18 million square feet this year. This is expected to account for 20 to 25 percent of total leasing activity across seven major cities, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Pune.In comparison, co-working operators leased 13 million square feet in the previous year, indicating a steady rise in demand for flexible office spaces.
