Mumbai – March 19, 2026 – Accelya Solutions India Ltd. announced today that it has received an order under Section 143(3) read with Section 144B of the Income Tax Act, and a show cause notice under Section 270A of the Act, both from the Assessment Unit, Income Tax Department, pertaining to the financial year 2022-23.The order results in income tax demands of Rs. 1,749.08 lakhs. The company intends to file an application and appeal against the order with the appropriate authority and is preparing a response to the show cause notice.
According to a statement provided by the company, the order and notice are not expected to have a material impact on its financial, operational, or other activities.
