The Company was originally named Shineup Investments Limited and was later renamed Yajur Fibres Limited in 2021. Yajur Fibres is a part of the Kankaria Group, which has more than eight decades of experience in the jute sector.Yajur Fibres has its cottonising facility at Howrah in the state of West Bengal. They chiefly deal in the production of best cottonised bast fibers such as flax or linen, jute, and hemp. B2B is the primary model followed by Yajur Fibres. They are engaged in the sales of processed bast fibers to cloth manufacturing units in Indian and foreign markets. Yajur Fibres has some key strengths in terms of its expertise in the bast fiber industry, cottonising facilities, production expertise, and valued relationships. Yajur Fibres is also working on forward integration by focusing on the production of linen yarn via its subsidiary
Objects of the Issue
- Setting up of 50,000 sq.ft. of shed in the existing manufacturing unit and purchase of Dyeing andBleaching processing machinery and installation of additional production capacity of upto 4 tons per day(hereinafter referred as the “Capex”) at our existing manufacturing unit at Jagannathpur, Phuleshwar,Uluberia, District Howrah;
- Investment in our subsidiary Yashodha Linen Yarn Limited for setting up a greenfield unit at VikramUdyogpuri, DMIC (Industrial Park, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh) for 100% wet spun linen yarn and blendedyarn (hereinafter referred as the “Project”);
- Funding of working capital requirements of our Company; and4. General Corporate Purposes.
